86bet Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and 86bet ("Platform", "we", or "86bet"), governing access to and use of all services available at 86bet.express, including Sports Betting, live casino, crash games, slots, poker, and jackpot.

By clicking "Sign Up", creating an account, or using any service provided by 86bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gambling policy. If you do not agree with any part of this document, please do not use the platform's services.

A 86bet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or through an in-platform notification at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of the services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To use the services of 86bet, you are required to create a personal account using truthful, complete, and up-to-date information. Each individual may hold only one account on the platform. Opening multiple accounts under the same identity is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of balances and bonuses.

At the time of registration, you will be asked to provide: your full legal name as it appears on an official document, a valid CPF, date of birth, an active email address, and a secure password. The 86bet may request additional identity verification documents (KYC) — such as a national ID, driver's license, or proof of address — before processing the first withdrawal or at any time for security purposes.

A 86bet may suspend or close accounts that contain false information, are used by individuals under 18, show signs of fraudulent activity, or violate any provision of these Terms. In cases of closure due to a violation, bonus balances will be cancelled and any real deposited balance may be held pending investigation.

Access to the services of 86bet is available exclusively to individuals aged 18 or over who are residents of Brazil. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. The 86bet actively enforces age verification and may request supporting documents at any time.

Any account identified as belonging to a user under 18 will be closed immediately, balances will be frozen pending investigation, and the case may be reported to the relevant authorities as required by law. Parents and legal guardians who discover unauthorized use by a minor should contact our support team immediately.

In addition to the minimum age requirement, to create an account on 86bet the user must: be a resident of Brazil, hold a valid CPF, not be on an active self-exclusion list, and must not have been previously banned from the platform for a terms violation.

A 86bet accepts deposits exclusively through Brazilian payment methods. Available options include: Pix, credit card, debit card, boleto bancário, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfers from accounts at Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other Brazilian banks.

The minimum accepted deposit is R$ 20.00. No fee is charged by 86bet on deposits — any bank fees are the account holder's responsibility. Pix deposits are processed within seconds; boleto bancário deposits may take up to 3 business days to clear.

A 86bet reserves the right to request additional verification for deposits above certain thresholds, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulatory requirements. All financial data is transmitted with 256-bit SSL encryption.

To request a withdrawal, the user must access the withdrawals menu within the platform, enter the desired amount, and provide their Pix key or bank details for TED transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00. There is no fee charged by the 86bet on withdrawals.

Pix withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes of approval, at any time of day, including weekends and public holidays. TED bank transfer withdrawals take up to 1 business day. Withdrawals above certain amounts may be subject to additional identity verification before processing.

To be eligible for a withdrawal, you must have completed the identity verification (KYC) process with the required documents. The first withdrawal may be subject to an additional review period to validate the account. Unconverted bonus balance (incomplete rollover) is not available for withdrawal — only real balance can be withdrawn at any time.

• Withdrawals may only be made to bank accounts held in the same name as the registered 86bet account holder.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the request being cancelled.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected, 86bet may place a withdrawal on hold for up to 14 days pending investigation.
• Cancelling a pending withdrawal returns the amount to the account's available balance.

A 86bet offers bonuses and promotions as advertised on the platform, including a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit (up to R$ 500.00), 10% weekly cashback, odds boosts, and other one-off benefits. Each promotion has specific conditions described on its respective page.

The welcome bonus is subject to a rollover requirement of x10 — meaning you must wager ten times the bonus amount received before withdrawing any balance derived from that bonus. The deadline to complete the rollover is 30 days from the deposit date. Bets with minimum odds of 1.50 qualify toward the Sports Betting rollover.

A 86bet reserves the right to cancel bonuses obtained improperly through multiple accounts, automated software, or any conduct that constitutes promotion abuse. Where abuse is confirmed, the full account balance may be frozen pending investigation.

Promotions and bonuses may be changed, suspended, or terminated at any time. Any changes will be communicated by email or in-platform notification. Bonuses already granted are governed by the rules in effect at the time of issuance.

Sports Betting at 86bet cover more than 30 sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and international leagues), volleyball, basketball (NBB), MMA/UFC, tennis, and e-sports. All bets are settled according to official results published by each sport's governing body.

Confirmed bets are binding — once a bet is accepted by the system and confirmed by the user, it cannot be cancelled except in situations provided for under these rules. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply, regardless of any subsequent changes.

• Cancelled or unplayed events: bets are voided and the amount is returned to the balance.
• Events suspended and resumed within 48 hours: bets remain valid.
• Obvious odds errors: 86bet reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds.
• Live cash out: available on selected markets as indicated on the platform.
• Multiple bets: if one selection is voided, the accumulator is recalculated with that selection removed.

A 86bet monitors bets to detect suspicious activity. Bets indicating match-fixing, the use of inside information, or coordination between accounts may be investigated and voided, with the case reported to the relevant authorities.

Casino games, crash games (Aviator, JetX, Spaceman, Zeppelin, Mines and Crash 86bet), slots, live roulette and poker available on the 86bet are provided by certified third-party providers — Spribe, Pragmatic Play, SmartSoft Gaming, BGaming, and others. Each round's outcome is determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) algorithms audited by independent bodies, or by Provably Fair technology.

A 86bet does not interfere with the outcome of any game. The RTPs (Return to Player) published for each game are calculated over millions of rounds and represent theoretical averages — individual results may vary significantly. The platform's average RTP is 97%.

In the event of a technical failure during a round of any game, the 86bet applies the following policy: if the bet was not accepted by the server before the failure, the amount is refunded; if the bet was accepted and the outcome determined before the failure, the result stands; in cases of technical ambiguity, the decision is based on server logs and communicated to the player.

Use of 86bet must be used in good faith and for personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) to obtain bonuses or benefits improperly.
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors or odds discrepancies to gain an unfair advantage.
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts to guarantee outcomes or manipulate rollover.
• Any activity constituting money laundering or the financing of unlawful activities.
• Use of third-party payment details without the express authorization of the account holders.
• Unauthorized access attempts to systems or other users' accounts.

A 86bet reserves the right to close accounts, void bets, and withhold balances where there is reasonable suspicion of any of the conduct listed above. Where required by Brazilian law, relevant information will be shared with the appropriate authorities.

A 86bet believes that betting should be a form of entertainment — not a source of income or a way to solve financial problems. To keep it that way, we provide a full set of responsible gambling tools accessible directly from your account dashboard, with no need to contact support.

Available tools include:

• Deposit limit: set a maximum deposit limit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Loss limit: set a loss limit for a given period — once reached, new deposits will be blocked until the next period begins.

• Self-Exclusion: permanently closes access or applies longer self-exclusion periods (6 months, 1 year, or indefinitely).

A 86bet is not liable for: service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failures (such as network instability or game provider outages), losses resulting from unauthorized access to a user's account due to a security vulnerability on the user's own device, or for betting decisions made based on information obtained outside the platform.

In the event of a proven technical failure on the platform that results in direct loss to the user, the 86bet will review the case individually and take the appropriate corrective action, which may include a refund of the wagered amount. Cases must be reported to support within 48 hours of the incident.

A 86bet may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect platform changes, legal requirements, or service improvements. The most current version will always be available on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top of the document.

Changes that directly affect user rights — such as updates to bonus rules, withdrawal limits, or account closure policies — will be communicated to the registered email address at least 7 days in advance. For minor changes (such as grammatical corrections or text reorganization), notification may be made simply by updating the date on the page.

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms take effect constitutes automatic acceptance. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account before the effective date — any available real balance will be processed for withdrawal as normal.

If an amicable resolution is not possible, the court of the user's place of residence in Brazil shall have jurisdiction, with express waiver of any other court, however privileged.
